SPIF participated at Plastteknik 2017 in Malmö. SPIF had a booth in the exhibition area were LIFE-BAQUA was presented. Circular economy and future plastic raw material were discussed with a lot of visitors. Samples from the first trials of LIFE-BAQUA products were shown to the visitors. The leaflet about LIFE-BAQUA was well appreciated by the visitors.
Leif Nilsson, SPIF, was also leading a panel on stage for discussions around “Plastics in a sustainable society”. Material recycling and biobased plastics was the key factors in the discussions. Leading managers from Swedish industry was participating in the panel.

Leif Nilsson also gave a full presentation regarding the LIFE-BAQUA project at the annual meeting for SPIF. About 25 persons attended the meeting. There are a great interest in circular economy in Sweden and especially the problem with plastics in the environment.
